Why is the game still on my account when I returned it hours ago?

Answer

When a game is returned, staff carefully check the game to be sure that all items are in the box which may take a few hours. They look for missing and/or damaged pieces. if something is missing or damaged, staff follow up with the patrons to notify them if they will be charged for a replacement game.
