Can our sorority host movie night with Swank films?
The short answer is no. Swank Digital Campus does not provide public performance rights.
What's Allowed
- The films may be shown in class or assigned for students to watch outside of class.
- A small group, e.g. roommates or home viewing with a small group of family and friends
What's Not Allowed
- Student organization hosts a movie night
- Film series or festival
